Welcome to the Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network Partner website. In 2007, Indiana began addressing the problem of foreclosure with the launch of a major statewide initiative to assist Hoosiers who are in danger of losing their homes. The Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Initiative was developed by a coalition of community organizations, housing-related agencies, government agencies, lenders and banks known as the Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network (IFPN). This coalition has grown to more than sixty organizations and is continuing to add to its number.
Through this unique partnership of the public, private and nonprofit sectors, a toll-free helpline, 1-877-GET-HOPE and website www.877gethope.org were established. In an effort to promote the helpline and website, a statewide marketing strategy consisting of media, grassroots efforts and community events is being implemented with the assistance of IFPN partners.
This website is for new and existing partners to educate them about Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network’s role in addressing Indiana’s foreclosure crisis and to encourage involvement.
You will find information specific to housing counseling agencies, attorneys,
lenders and not-for-profit/government partners under the various tabs. The
website is currently under construction, so please check back to see what
updates have been made.
